Changes

My life has changed a lot in the last few weeks. The biggest change happened when I started my new job on November 9. I traded from DWS to the DOH (Dept of Health). I love my new job! So far I haven't had any exciting stories liked I would hear at the front desk at my last job but I'm ok with that. To all my blog readers, just know I'll post great stories here when I do run into them!

The last year has been difficult for me for many reasons. I've prayed for a positive change in my life for a while now but the time wasn't right or the right opportunities didn't come up. Now the time was finally right! I'm glad Heavenly Father knows me well and knows what I need and when. For me everything always seems to be a lesson in learning patience which frustrates me sometimes but things always work out for the best in the end. I'm grateful for this time of year and for Thanksgiving to remind me of all the blessings in my life. This year I have so many things to be thankful for! I feel so blessed!

Memories

Today I've been thinking a lot about my Grandma Anderson. It was one year ago today that she passed away. She was such an inspiration to me! I love and miss her. She was the only one out of my 4 grandparents that I really got to know well. She moved in with my family my senior year of high school and I was able to help take care of her as her health declined. My other 3 grandparents all passed away while I was a young child. I'm grateful for the knowledge I have of the gospel of Jesus Christ and to know that I will see them all again someday.
